Jules has a wealth of knowledge in residential property matters and now specialises in New Build properties, acting for clients when they are buying from national and regional developers. Jules enjoys dealing with the day-to-day work involved with residential sales and purchases and, in particular, enjoys the client contact and making their dreams come true when they walk into their dream home. Her specialism also includes dealing with shared ownership sales and purchases, lifetime equity release mortgages, re-mortgages, redemption of Help to Buy charges, and transfers of equity. When not working, Jules is a busy mum with a bustling household and enjoys living in the country and walking her dog, Dennis.

    Sale and new build purchase

    I couldn’t recommend my solicitor highly enough. She was absolutely amazing throughout the sale of our property and the purchase of our new build. We have finally reached exchange through her hard work and persistence! She was incredibly thorough, professional and always made sure everything was covered. Whenever something needed explaining, she took the time to make sure we understood it clearly, which made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable. The buyer’s solicitor was particularly difficult and caused a lot of unnecessary complications, but she handled everything brilliantly, remained professional throughout and always kept our best interests at heart. We felt completely supported from start to finish and have total confidence that everything is being dealt with properly.
