Jules is a Partner and Head of the New Homes team in our Residential Property department. She is a Chartered Legal Executive and has worked in law for over 25 years. Jules has a wealth of knowledge in residential property matters and now specialises in New Build properties, acting for clients when they are buying from national and regional developers. Jules enjoys dealing with the day-to-day work involved with residential sales and purchases and, in particular, enjoys the client contact and making their dreams come true when they walk into their dream home. Her specialism also includes dealing with shared ownership sales and purchases, lifetime equity release mortgages, re-mortgages, redemption of Help to Buy charges, and transfers of equity. When not working, Jules is a busy mum with a bustling household and enjoys living in the country and walking her dog, Dennis.

Excellent service

We recieved excellent service from Everys when selling our previous home and purchasing our new build home. Kerry Raines, Jules Griffiths-Jones and their teams were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and ensured the entire process went as smoothly as possible. We were kept fully updated throughout both the sale and the purchase, which made the experience far less stressful. Thank-you all so much.

New Build Purchase

Both Holley and Jules were fabulous throughout the entire process. As a first time buyer they used accessible language and were happy to answer any questions I had. The app was also great touch! We will be using Everys for any legal matters going forward. Thank you!
