Selling investment property. The house went under offer at the end of March and completed in less than 10 weeks- end of May- totally down to how efficient Ryan Law was in their communication. There were no delays and everything was actioned immediately. Emily Bolton and Mel chased the buyers solicitors and stayed on top of the whole process. Very reasonably priced. Did far more than my estate agent to progress the sale! I have used online conveyancers before where every aspect of the sale is divided up and slow. You can never talk to one individual.
