Hugely impressed

We have just returned to Katy Moss for the second time having been hugely impressed by her professionalism last year. Her communication and knowledge is excellent, her advice was consistently insightful and saved us a lot of money, the rates are very reasonable and are laid out clearly in advance and everything was done within the predicted time. I can not recommend Katy highly enough. We will be using her for all our legal work in future.

Katy Moss and Lisa Goder recently assisted us with the sale of our house in Herne Hill and purchase of our new house. They were fantastic to deal with. Very efficient and responsive and in stark contrast to previous solicitors we have used for property transactions! Neither the sale nor purchase were straightforward and Katy and Lisa handled everything with ease. The fees were also very reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to instruct them again and have already recommended them to friends.

Katy Moss and Suzanne Day dealt with the surrender of our current and implementation of a new commercial Agreement for Lease. Unfortunately, due to the landlord it was not a straightforward process and quite stressful throughout. Both Katy and Suzanne have been amazing, they supported me through the whole thing and got the completion over the line. Very friendly, answered every question promptly, gave superb advice, very polite and very patient! Would highly recommend Amphlett Lissimore (in particular Suzanne & Katy) for any commercial conveyancing needs.
