Sale of weston way & purchase of gregory gardens.
The stress and anxiety of a move can cause you to be very pushy and persistent towards the end, and at times maybe too relentless with chasing things up.
But vicky has been an absolute star throughout and deserves credit where credit is due.
Professional, calm and collected and certainly accommodating to our needs.
Im sure a lot of poeple would want to say, just let me get on with my job and stop worrying, but whatever question or worry we threw towards her, there was always a prompt response, and a response that came with reassurance. We always knew exactly where we were in the process, every step of the way.
After the unbelievable stress and worry of our buyers mortgage offer running out, what would cause a massively unwanted set back, vicky went above and beyond to get completion done before this date, on a already very tight schedule. A promise she made and delivered on.
An all round, trusty and compitent conveyancer, who certainly ticked all the boxes we needed.

House sale
As Executor for my late aunts estate and with her will being with Glover Priest it made sense for them to deal with the conveyancing.
Despite the complexity involved, I was always appraised of any problems, offered solutions where needed and worked with a very professional and friendly team to achieve a solid, swift, and affordable outcome.
I would certainly recommend them.

Everything made Easy!
It was my first time selling a house and so as one can imagine I was quite anxious and nervous about the situation and how it would all unfold.
