Carolyn was an incredible support to me and my family during a very emotional and difficult time. Fantastic Personal End to End Service
I dealt with two people from start to finish. Ann Logan in the initial stages, and then Carolyn McPhee through to the final compensation. Throughout the process communication was excellent, always keeping me appraised of exactly what was happening at both ends of the equation. Although we were delayed by Covid and due process, I never doubted everything was being progressed as quickly as possible, certainly from a Balfour Manson perspective.

Highly recommended
There are no words that can fully sum up my gratitude to Carolyn McPhee from Balfour + Manson LLP. Throughout the arduous six years my case went on for, Carolyn was at the helm of it and kept in contact with me constantly. She let me know the next stages of the process, how things were progressing and would answer any questions I had- no matter how big or small. Nothing was ever too much work or a hassle to Carolyn.
It sounds very cliché, but it was due to Carolyn’s continuous support and determination that I managed to carry on through the lengthy and weary process of my case.
Carolyn is an absolute credit to her profession and I cannot Thank her enough for all that she done for me.

Quality Service
I contacted Balfour & Manson back in late 2019 for assistance with a negligence claim.
The opposing lawyers seemed determined to delay the outcome as long as they possibly could. However, our representative Carolyn, was equally as determined to make sure we got the settlement we deserved.
I cant thank her and the team at Balfour & Manson enough.
