Excellent service
Lyons Bowe are handling our property purchase and so far everything has been smooth, efficient and well communicated. They’re app is an excellent tool as it provides a checklist detailing what’s been completed and what’s still due for completion - an excellent way to track the progress of the sale without constantly contacting the solicitors to check up.

So far so good
We were buying a house through LB and it unfortunately fell though (no fault of LB), unfortunately, during this case, in some instances, the left hand didn’t know what the right was doing.... when the issues got ironed out, we were dealt with professionally and we decided to use them again for the next property. So far so good.
