    Excellent service from Hawley & Rodgers

    My partner and I recently used Hawley & Rodgers for the purchase of our first home. We had Sheila Biskup, a solicitor from H&R's Long Eaton branch, guide us through each stage, answering queries and questions politely and promptly. As I'm sure other homeowners will know, there is a lot of stress involved and Sheila helped us massively from start to finish. I would also like to add that it's nice to have a physical location to go to and speak to someone or drop off signed documents. I would definitely recommend H&R to friends and family and I'm sure if we decided to move house again, we would be back in a heartbeat!

    Seamless transaction

    Sheila was very helpful and always on hand . Slight hiccup with timing but that was my decision to pull out due to conveyancing concerns . All in all a very fast and efficient house sale . Would use again in the future and definitely recommend to friends and family , fair prices too

    The service we received from Hawley and Rodgers (Long Eaton branch) was second to none. We were fist time buyers and the process could not have gone more smoothly thanks to Sheila, Marie and the team. Any issues we had from the seller's side were resolved thanks to Sheila being proactive and effective and we were in our new house in 2 months! Sheila was also very prompt in answering any emails (which I hear from others is rare in a solicitor) and when she was on holiday, she arranged for cover as we were at a crucial spot in our buying process. She did everything she could to help us and get the move in date we wanted when there was pushback from the seller's new build developer. We were recommended Sheila by a friend who had issues with her solicitor and said that Sheila, even though she was not her solicitor, had tried to help her which shows how much she cares. We would highly recommend her for anybody that needs a solicitor!
