I have recently used BBC for 2 property sales, a purchase and a remortgage. The service I received from Madeleine, Jack and the team was exceptional. They really are a credit to the firm and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Highly recommend for any first-time buyers
Brilliant first-time buyer experience. Highly recommended to anyone which is inexperienced in purchasing property. A what should have been stressful experience was made trouble free. Thank you Madeleine, Jess and Jack, for all your work.

Excellent service
Burt Brill handled the conveyancing of my property and the purchase of my new home. They also dealt with a litigation associated with an inheritance. I was very satisfied with both Daisy Tester and Madeleine Harvey and their teams.
