Professional and friendly service

Abigail and her team at Burt Brill & Cardens handled the lease extension on our Brighton flat as part of its sale process. It all turned out because of various factors to be more complicated than one would have anticipated initially, but Abigail and Patrick, her colleague, kept on top of the issues, and navigated us through the whole process with considerable professional skill and patience. They were always easy to deal with and prompt in their responses & service.

Superlatively professional and pleasant to deal with.

Madeleine handled the conveyancing on the sale of our flat in Brighton with great professionalism. It proved to be far more protracted and convoluted than anyone would have anticipated at the outset because of various issues, but throughout the months it took finally to complete, Madeleine and her team were superlative. We are so grateful to Burt Brill & Cardens for the quality of their service and how very pleasant and easy they are to deal with.

Amazing solicitors, caring and attentive

We are so glad that we had Burt and Brill to help us with our lease extension, we worked with Abigail and Patrick who were extremely professional throughout the entire process, explained everything simply so we could understand and in general were just amazing people to work with. We very much look forward to working with then again in the future.

Highly Recommended

From the first call I made to Burt Brill & Cardens, I found the service both courteous and reassuring. In particular Daisy Tester is a credit to the firm. She provided clear advice, acted promptly and resolved my issue to a very satisfactory conclusion. Thank you Daisy. The firm came to me on a personal recommendation and I would be happy to provide the same recommendation without hesitation. Just excellent all round!

We engaged Daisy to help us with a family probate claim, she was absolutely brilliant at all times from the very first phone call to the final settlement. Daisy guided us through a messy and complicated process. She was extremely professional, giving perfect advice and guidance whilst responding quickly at all stages of the process. Daisy is compassionate, understanding and listened to everything we said helping us to a successful settlement. The service we received was beyond impeccable and we have no hesitation recommending Daisy to anyone who is in nee of probate advice.

Outstanding service from Probate Dept

Stephanie Batts at Burt Brill & Cardens Probate Dept has been a star helping myself and 3 siblings through a complex Probate. She made everything clear. Responded to our queries without delay. Kept communication open so we felt supported and we cannot fault the service she gave to what could have been a very divisive inflammatory situation had she not been our solicitor. Very grateful we found her.

Amazing probate solicitor

If probate and estate management can be amazing, my experience of Stephanie Batts, who is head of Probate at Burt Brill and Cardens, was amazing. I spent weeks looking for a solicitor I was happy with. Appointing Stephanie was a good decision. Dealing with my mother's estate was not straightforward but everything went surprisingly smoothly. Letters of administration came through much quicker than I'd expected, as did finalising the estate management. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stephanie.

Stephanie and Olena provided outstanding service in the preparation of our wills. Olena kept us fully informed about all the different stages of the process and Stephanie held our hand through out the drafting process. Stephanie was really helpful and highly knowledgeable about drafting our instructions. She went out of her way to ensure that we understood all the complexities and gave us the time and space to discuss all the matters fully. We are so pleased with the service we received. If we were able to provide marks out of 10, it would be 10 out of 10.
