A great experience

Madeleine and Jack supported me through a transfer of deeds and remortgage. They were kind, efficient, and I felt like I was in safe hands the whole way through the process. They made a stressful experience much more tolerable. Thank you!

Mothers Estate

Daisy previously dealt with my fathers estate in 2022 and sadly my mother passed away not long ago. With no hesitation I contacted Daisy to deal with my mothers estate. On both occasions Daisy and team have been professional, courteous and ensured the matter was concluded promptly. Highly recommend.

Excellent all round experience.

I called Burt, Brill and Cardens as I needed advice regarding a family property. I was put through to Daisy Tester and from day one Daisy was extremely helpful. Daisy not only got the information I required but a lot more regarding the property making my case and who owned what clearer. Daisy's response times in replying and obtaining the information I required was second to none. Daisy was compassionate, very easy to talk to and Daisy's knowledge of the law and how Daisy could obtain the information I required is second to none. I cannot thank Daisy enough. Daisy is a credit to herself and the firm Daisy works for. I will be using Daisy in the future and cannot recommend Daisy and the firm enough. I would also like to add that all communication I had with Daisy was either by telephone or email so even if you don't live in area you can still obtain and reep the rewards of Daisy's very knowledgeable assistance and experience. Thank you so much.

Review of Lease

Abigail has been extremely helpful, and provided me with advice and knowledge to help to consider a proposed new draft lease, especially since the flat owners themselves were only given a week to look through the draft, thus Abigail very kindly pulled out all the stops to ensure I had a timely constructive response , and full of friendly advice too. I really am so grateful and appreciative of all that she has done for me, and of course I shall naturally come back and use, the firm and hopefully Abigail's services too.

Flawless conveyancing

First time buyers. Had a fantastic experience with BB&C, who helped us with every aspect of our house purchase, including sorting out Wills and a Declaration of Trust. Jessica was highly responsive and proactive, chasing all relevant parties so that we could complete as soon and as stress-free as possible. We would recommend her and BB&C to anybody and will certainly come back to them in the future.

I live in Japan but needed a Will for the UK. Burt, Brill and Cardens Solicitors were first-class throughout. I had the good fortune to be advised and guided by Stephanie Batts who was wonderfully efficient and so helpful in completing the process from the other side of the world to me.

I would high recommend this firm without hesitation. In particular, being advised and supported by Alex Williams, made a very challenging time, much easier. The professionalism and knowledge was outstanding and I always felt at the centre of the process. Alex went above and beyond to ensure everything smoothly, going out of his way to ensure all deadlines were met, and not just his own. I felt very reassured and extremely supported throughout.
