Burt Brill & Cardens provided me with conveyancing services regarding my recent house move. The help I received from Madeleine and trainee solicitors Jess, Jayne and Jack was excellent. I last moved house 23 years ago and recognised from the outset how clueless I was about the whole process and therefore I put my trust in the conveyancing team at Burt Brill & Cardens and let them get on with the job in hand. I was not disappointed as Madeleine and her team expertly guided me through the whole process. The work was thorough, and we are now happily settled into our new home and very happy with it and the services we received. I would highly recommend Burt Brill & Cardens if you are thinking of moving home and want expert help through an exciting but quite stressful process.

Fantastic work from Madeleine, Jessica and Jayne, after a long year of trying to buy our first property, these three amazing women managed to make it stress free (considering how stressful our first purchase was which fell through). I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for a on the ball, hard working firm who gets the job done! Amazing work! Thank you to all three of you!

I contacted Burt Brill and Cardens because in my role as POA, I had to sell a family property. Having read their reviews, I contacted them because I thought they would be a good match.
In the initial consultation Helen explained the legalities of my role as a POA, this was invaluable and informative.
Everyone that I have been in touch with has been professional, efficient, shown empathy and support and, kept me up to date through the conveyancing process. (Special thanks to Jayne).
I live in Glasgow but, the distance was of no consequence, I felt confident and trusted that they had everything under control, I can’t thank them enough for that reassurance, they made a stressful time, easier. Thank you.
