I got referred to Goodlaw by another solicitor when I wanted to purchase land. The solicitors I contacted didn't deal with land (only houses) or any commercial property purchases so referred me. They were very proactive and as a nervous (read too many horror stories) client they walked me through everything I needed and advised on things that I needed to consider but not take action on. Everyone I spoke to or dealt with was very good and patient with me - particularly Jayne who managed to find reports that the seller didn't know about! If I do any further purchases I will definitely be using their services again.

Faultless service from beginning to end. I had been putting off dealing with a lease extension for a long time for fear of stress - this turned out to be completely unnecessary thanks to Jayne.
