    Elise was fantastic from start to finish. Regular communication, good advice and was really instrumental in making sure we completed within our required time frame.     Excellent service - house purchase

    I used Burt, Brill and Cardens for the purchase of my new home in Hove. From the off the service I received was professional, friendly and excellent. I felt that my solicitor Jess was available to me and easy to approach with questions - often quite silly - which I had when navigating what to me is a rather confusing process. All questions answered promptly and clearly and with patience. Jess was tenacious in her drive to ensure that I, as the the buyer, got the best deal and that any risks were explained to me including options for resolution so that I felt in control of what was happening. Would absolutely recommend and would use again!

    I cannot recommend Burt Brill & Cardens highly enough. From the first meeting to the successful completion of my case they were fully focused on me as a person. They guided me through my case offering sound advice and explaining, in detail and in pain language, possible ways to proceed so I, with this expert knowledge, better able to make better informed decisions. I found the whole Teem to be dedicated and professional at all times, they took the time to listen and understand then with being fully informed I was able to give clear instructions . My case took almost three years to complete and in that time I was kept fully informed and updated. I've only used a Law firm once before and and I thought they were good however they were nothing compered to Burt Brill & Cardens . If I find myself needing a Law firm again I will, without a doubt or hesitation, head for Burt Brill & Cardens

    Burt Brill & Cardens provided me with conveyancing services regarding my recent house move. The help I received from Madeleine and trainee solicitors Jess, Jayne and Jack was excellent. I last moved house 23 years ago and recognised from the outset how clueless I was about the whole process and therefore I put my trust in the conveyancing team at Burt Brill & Cardens and let them get on with the job in hand. I was not disappointed as Madeleine and her team expertly guided me through the whole process. The work was thorough, and we are now happily settled into our new home and very happy with it and the services we received. I would highly recommend Burt Brill & Cardens if you are thinking of moving home and want expert help through an exciting but quite stressful process.
