I cannot recommend Burt Brill & Cardens highly enough. From the first meeting to the successful completion of my case they were fully focused on me as a person. They guided me through my case offering sound advice and explaining, in detail and in pain language, possible ways to proceed so I, with this expert knowledge, better able to make better informed decisions.
I found the whole Teem to be dedicated and professional at all times, they took the time to listen and understand then with being fully informed I was able to give clear instructions .
My case took almost three years to complete and in that time I was kept fully informed and updated.
I've only used a Law firm once before and and I thought they were good however they were nothing compered to Burt Brill & Cardens . If I find myself needing a Law firm again I will, without a doubt or hesitation, head for Burt Brill & Cardens

Highly recommend for any first-time buyers

Flawless conveyancing
First time buyers. Had a fantastic experience with BB&C, who helped us with every aspect of our house purchase, including sorting out Wills and a Declaration of Trust. Jessica was highly responsive and proactive, chasing all relevant parties so that we could complete as soon and as stress-free as possible. We would recommend her and BB&C to anybody and will certainly come back to them in the future.
