I cannot recommend Burt Brill & Cardens highly enough. From the first meeting to the successful completion of my case they were fully focused on me as a person. They guided me through my case offering sound advice and explaining, in detail and in pain language, possible ways to proceed so I, with this expert knowledge, better able to make better informed decisions.
I found the whole Teem to be dedicated and professional at all times, they took the time to listen and understand then with being fully informed I was able to give clear instructions .
My case took almost three years to complete and in that time I was kept fully informed and updated.
I've only used a Law firm once before and and I thought they were good however they were nothing compered to Burt Brill & Cardens . If I find myself needing a Law firm again I will, without a doubt or hesitation, head for Burt Brill & Cardens

Review of Lease
Abigail has been extremely helpful, and provided me with advice and knowledge to help to consider a proposed new draft lease, especially since the flat owners themselves were only given a week to look through the draft, thus Abigail very kindly pulled out all the stops to ensure I had a timely constructive response , and full of friendly advice too. I really am so grateful and appreciative of all that she has done for me, and of course I shall naturally come back and use, the firm and hopefully Abigail's services too.

Outstanding service from Probate Dept
Stephanie Batts at Burt Brill & Cardens Probate Dept has been a star helping myself and 3 siblings through a complex Probate. She made everything clear. Responded to our queries without delay. Kept communication open so we felt supported and we cannot fault the service she gave to what could have been a very divisive inflammatory situation had she not been our solicitor. Amazing probate solicitor
If probate and estate management can be amazing, my experience of Stephanie Batts, who is head of Probate at Burt Brill and Cardens, was amazing. I spent weeks looking for a solicitor I was happy with. Appointing Stephanie was a good decision. Dealing with my mother's estate was not straightforward but everything went surprisingly smoothly. Letters of administration came through much quicker than I'd expected, as did finalising the estate management. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stephanie.

Probate
I have had the best service possible from Burt Brill & Cardens Solicitors in Brighton with regard to the affairs of my late uncle and mother. They are a very professional firm and executed the 2 estates very efficiently, and Stephanie Batts, the Solicitor who handled the cases was a delight to work with. Stephanie explained everything from start to finish in layman's terms which was brilliant. I would definately use this firm of solicitors again in the future.
