I'm lucky to never have required legal advice or representation before, but I know my experience was absolutely top. When I first made an enquiry with GoodLaw I was scared, for my child and for myself, but that subsided quite quickly when I started working with Emma Taylor. I first spoke with Emma on the phone and she was kind, empathetic and reassuring. It was a very stressful time but she listened to me and supported me through the whole process. She has always made me feel that there is no question too big or too small when it comes to my child. Emma is very child focused, fair and firm and always honest, even when sometimes that can be difficult to hear, but necessary. I can't imagine going through proceedings with anyone else. I'm just so grateful for all the support Emma has given me to get a CAO for my son, even when things felt overwhelming and impossible, she helped me see a way through and we took everything one step and a time. There will never be enough words for how grateful I am to have Emma as my solicitor, so all I can really say is the biggest thank you and highly recommend.

We worked with George and the team for both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one, and cannot recommend him highly enough. Partway through, our original buyer pulled out, but George kept things moving and a new buyer was found without the case losing momentum. Then, right at the last minute, we discovered the house we were buying had unresolved issues with its solar panels that would not be fixed until after completion. This could easily have caused the whole chain to collapse, but George worked quickly to find a solution that let us stick to our original timescale and kept everyone on side. Throughout, he was calm, proactive, and clearly experienced in handling the sort of last-minute problems that can derail a house move. We always felt he was on top of things and looking out for our interests. If you want a solicitor who can keep a transaction on track even when things go wrong, George is exactly who you need.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. George Coomber acted on our behalf earlier this year for our house sale and purchase. What a great service he provided! Very efficient and thorough, replied to emails very quickly - sometimes out of hours when I wasn't expecting a reply so soon. If he had a busy completion day coming up he would let us know he would answer as soon as he could. He thoroughly explained any queries we had and made the whole process run smoothly. We were recommended George by our estate agent and I have since recommended him to our daughter and son-in-law who have also just completed on their house purchase. I would highly recommend if you want a solicitor who is easy to deal with and gets things done!

Very professional and prompt service. Communication is simple and easy to keep on top of. Replies very promptly. Doesnt blame opposite side for delays just maintains communication for speedy conclusion . Quite impressed.
