    Good experience

    Emma and Emily handled the sale of my flat. With all the EWS1 issues and painful management companies they were always on hand to chase and provide updates whenever possible, the speed of their response to emails was extremely impressive. Would use them again.

    Brilliant Conveyancing

    I could not recommend Emma (and GoodLaw) highly enough. Clear communication, quick to reply and will drive a purchase/sale for you. There was a shocking solicitor further down the chain which on multiple occasions threatened the transactions but her clear communication and perseverance ensured everything went through. Highly recommended!

    I could not recommend Emma Holland highly enough! I run an estate agent in Surrey and come across many solicitor firms and they can quite honestly make or break a sale/purchase. Emma and her team were responsive, diligent, friendly and most importantly, they were always available to speak to. Being able to pick up a phone and have a conversation is so important and so few solicitor firms realise this. For anyone looking to buy/sell their property do get in touch with them. They know how conveyancing should be done and were a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be sending a lot more business to Emma moving forwards.
