    Excellent and thorough for issues of our house sale and purchase.

    After a month of unpacking we have finally settled into our new home, and now we can thank all the people who have made this move possible. Fiona and her team were extremely attentive, professional, and they made both the sale of our property, and the purchase of our new property as stress free as possible. This was the second time that we have used Goodlaw solicitors for house conveyancing, and as before, everything was handled to our total satisfaction.     We have had an absolutely brilliant service from Fiona Mcleish twice now when buying and selling houses. It is so rare to deal with a conveyancing team that are responsive, proactive and so delightfully human. Goodlaw are reasonably priced, but I would happily pay double to deal with a team like this compared to any other conveyancer I have ever dealt with - they are often the weakest link in the chain but Fiona held ours together.
