My husband and I used Goodlaws to both sell and buy a property and we fully recommend Emma and Fiona. They were both very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was great, they were always available to speak to and were quick to respond via emails too.

We have been very pleased with Goodlaw's conveyancing service with Fiona & Emma. They have helped us with almost 2 house purchases since the start of 2020 (first we had to pull out of).
They were proactive, responsive and extremely helpful. All work was completed thoroughly and they made sure all questions were answered before purchase.
It has been very convenient working with them as 95% of everything could be done via email.
I have recommended them to anyone I know buying a house and will continue to do so!

Brilliant service
We used Fiona's services on the recommendation of our estate agent and are so happy we did. Our sale was a doddle and went off without a hitch, but the purchase was a nightmare (from the vendors' solicitor). Fiona went above and beyond what was expected from her and when she wasn't available Faisal held the fort well! The team always responded immediately and we had total faith in them. Fiona's sense of humour is a breath of fresh air and there are no airs or graces - totally down to earth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services and as far as we are concerned, five starts aren't enough! Thank you Fiona - I certainly miss our chats!

Fast House Purchase Great Service

Excellent Service
We were recommended to use Goodlaw in Farnham by our estate agent. From the very beginning, the service was excellent. We contacted them to get a quote for conveyancing and received a detailed quote the same day. Communication was always very swift and our questions were always answered in a timely manner. We received all paperwork quickly and felt that they were very through in their queries with the buyers/sellers solicitors. sale and purchase
We used Fiona for the sale and purchase of our home.
We couldn't have asked for more in a solicitors !
Fiona and her team were amazing from start to finish.
We were kept in the loop the whole time through emails and phone calls.
Despite the problems that we had (nothing to do with our solicitors) they were always there at the end of the phone or email to explain what was going on and to provide a solution.
We couldn't rate them highly enough and would us them again in a heart beat!
We can't thank Fiona,Faisal and the team enough for all their hard work, and. support!

A thoroughly professional service
Fiona has managed the sale and purchase of my property. This was faultless. I received professional and timely advice throughout the process. Very much a calm and cool head and as anyone who has bought and sold knows, things can become heated.
Fiona also assisted my son on a first time purchase. Again, everything was done and managed to an extremely high standard.
