Only just got the job done
The initial experience was good and collection of info and verification was efficient. Once it got going though, communication was extremely poor throughout. I only got information and updates if I chased. I had to call 3 times on completion day and couldn't actually get through to the assigned solicitor. Everything was very last minute...

Remortgage
PM Lawyers were very quick in actioning all points in getting to completion for my remortgage.
Staff were great to deal with and very easy to get hold of on the phone when needed.
Great service would def use again.

Parasites
Absolute 5cum.
My name was spelt incorrectly on the land registry title.
This is free to change, PMPL wrote me a letter to say there would be "Statutory Declaration Fee"?
When queried, this in plain English means they had identified the incorrect spelling and wanted to charge me £149 + vat to make the change, so nearly £180 to do something I've just done myself for free.
They are slow, full of hidden charges and complete scumbags - PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.
I was too far in the process to change firms, but I wish with all sincerity they fail as a business - they are just there to rip you off, and the 1d10t I spoke with had no shame when confronted -
