Linda is a second year Trainee and is currently in the Commercial Property department. Linda’s daily role consists of assisting all fee earners within the department and undertaking a variety of tasks such as drafting, considering and reviewing lengthy documents and reporting to the client. Prior to joining Thackray Williams in September 2019 to complete her Training Contract, Linda completed her law degree and LLM with a dissertation based on agency workers and their rights. Before working at Thackray Williams LLP, Linda was a Litigation Assistant at a London Law firm and worked within the Defendant Personal Injury team. Linda developed key transferable skills that have since been enhanced by working with a client driven firm. Linda feels communication is a key element in ensuring the client is provided with the best service and building rapport. Linda appreciates the firms values and ethos and is looking forward to continuing her journey. Linda prides herself on being personable, understanding and endeavours to assist a client with their matter in the best possible way.
