Local expertise
I went to Belcher Addison when selling my house upon the recommendation of a neighbour. I wanted a local solicitor as from past experience, I know it's useful to be able to meet in person, if necessary. Belcher Addison's receptionists are helpful and professional and answer the phone promptly. Forms are all electronic and the software works well. Walter's assistant, Tom dealt with the admin efficiently and was pleasant and helpful. The sale was not without it's complications and I really appreciated being able to both phone and meet with Walter to agree the best way forward and give me a bit of reassurance! It seemed that when we got over one hurdle another one would appear but knowing Walter was easily available for advice, really made a difference (to my sanity!). Walter was always prompt to respond and was very proactive in keeping the sale moving. These are difficult times for selling and I'm very grateful to Walter and Tom that the sale went through.

Purchase of our property
The whole process for our purchase, was carried out very professionally. Great communication from Walter and Tom, the whole way through the process and transaction. The online start of the process was good in the way to upload documents and evidence.
