Before taking any payment, Quyen took the time to talk through my case and situation with me. She told me about the possible outcomes of my consent order being submitted, and the likelihood of each one. This for me was hugely helpful, as it gave me added information to put into the forms before submitting them to help my case.
The free basic advice she gave me was fantastic, and really put my mind at ease. She made a somewhat frightening and daunting process, very easy and stress free.

Nothing short of amazing
I have been through a few solicitors trying to find one that would actually help me and work with me, then I found Quyen. All I can say is wow and that still doesn't do her anywhere near the justice she deserves. Quyen is very patient and always happy to take the time to explain things in idiot form like she had to do for me on so many occasions.
I honestly can't thank you enough for everything you have done for me.
Quyen is a necessity to have in your team if you every need her field of expertise.
