Outstanding professional service.
Absolutely amazing service, Irfan went the extra mile for me when a number of challenging situations occurred, due to the incompetence of a very difficult to deal with company who were very unprofessional, and reluctant to fix their own errors, however Irfan and his team took if upon themselves to swiftly resolve these issues, resulting in a full refund, and a letter of an apology, a very honest, professional, efficient, and caring solicitor, highly recommend

Excellent service, right knowledgeable advice, quick and reasonable
I am really pleased to share my experience with everyone, Mr Kunes has a vast knowledge, very quick in responding and is very professional at work. He dealt with Buy to Let and a new property. Don’t believe all the bad reviews
Irfan is a credit to your company. He went above and beyond for myself as a first time buyer. He would always explain things and keep me updated and nothing was too much trouble for him. He even contacted me on his day off and he was a pleasure. Really professional and hard working. Thanks so much irfan.

If only I could give them 10 stars
Our mortgage applications was not a smoth one , but Irfan Kunes our solicitor was absolutely AMAZING, efficient, caring and professional. Always efficient, he answer to all my questions with calm, reassuring me over any concerns.
I really can not recomend more BTMK especialy Irfan,he made our dream come true.

Conveyancing
Final outcome of sale and purchase was achieved. A bit confusing at outset as we were contacted by several BTMK staff and we were unsure of the process. It would have been helpful to have a nominated key contact or an explanation of the roles within the process. Irfan was helpful particularly with the difficulties experienced with our buyers online solicitors.

Amazing experience!
We have just bought a house and have had several dealings with solicitors. I can honestly say, I will never go anywhere else but BTMK solicitors! Irfan was absolutely AMAZING! He managed to complete our house in 4 weeks! He responds to emails immediately, he responds to telephone calls and if he says he is doing something, it gets done! I cannot recommend enough!
