Jemmar has a wealth of expertise having been involved in advising within the Commercial Property arena in Essex for over a decade. Jemmar’s passion is for all things commercial property. She has extensive experience in Development work and in Business Law, especially in providing commercial property advice within Corporate Finance transactions. Her legal career to date in South Essex and London and, prior to that, her background in administration, has provided the foundation for her can-do approach and her ability to analyse, organise and advise on complex and urgent property transactions. She excels in leading her clients through all manner of transactions with ease. Jemmar’s mission is to make property law approachable for everyone. She is dedicated to strengthening client relationships and offering straightforward, practical and clear advice. When not working hard at Palmers, Jemmar enjoys spending time in the garden, dancing, and playing badminton.
