Alanna forms part of our court of protection team where they can assist with applications, ongoing deputyship problems and issues with Lasting Powers of Attorney. Alanna speaks Polish fluently and is happy to provide bilingual assistance to Polish clients and is currently working on completing her Chartered Legal Executive qualifications. She is also a ‘Dementia Champion’ and an active member of Dementia Action Group for Fareham and Gosport. Alanna’s work is supervised by senior members of the team. Nothing short of exceptional
Our experience with Churchers Fareham, specifically from Alanna White, has been nothing short of exceptional. We went to Alanna with so many questions about Power of Attorney, will writing, elderly care, care home funding (the list could go on). Alanna reassured us in absolutely everything we were uncertain about. We'd been worried about so many aspects, but every question was resolved with kindness and respect. Alanna really knows her stuff and builds real trust, often with subjects that feel difficult and emotive to resolve. We are so thrilled to have discovered Alanna and her team and thank them unreservedly for everything they have done for our family.

We found Alanna knowledgeable and friendly. She explained everything well and helped us with decisions. The only down side was that it seemed to take a very long time from start to finish. We have only just been thanked for our payment, which was last November. However, overall very satisfied with Churchers.

I highly recommend Churchers Faye Evans and Alanna White. I initially had queries regarding a Trust. To find answers I googled and stumbled upon STEP, choosing to contact a TEP named as Faye... I found Faye to be very helpful, caring, explained clearly, thorough, plus generous with her time. I then contacted Churchers again concerning a contract and CHC. we will always us Churchers
In what was a very sad circumstances Alanna White at the Fareham branch was so understanding, caring, very professional in her approach and extremely knowledgeable in dealing with a complex matter. Alanna met my mother several times when we were implementing power of attorney for her estate and health and her very kind words about our Mum when she passed away l will always treasure. Our whole family cannot thank Alanna enough - we will always us Churchers who have been our family solicitors for many generations. The Turner Family
