Previously, David, a solicitor, worked as a corporate finance partner at Eversheds and subsequently at Pinsent Masons where, in addition, he held a variety of positions on the leadership team of that firm's Corporate Group. More recently he sat on the Main Board at Shakespeares where he was Head of the firm's Commercial Services Group.
