Nicola joined Palmers as a conveyancing executive in February 2013, having qualified as a licensed conveyancer in 2008. In October 2018, Nicola became a partner and in 2021 became a department director. Priding herself on being approachable to all clients, whatever their query, Nicola enjoys the variety her work brings, with no two days being the same. Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her two children, as well as swimming, reading and socialising with friends.

I cannot recommend Palmers, especially Nicola and Keira, highly enough.

They have been absolutely fantastic over the last few years dealing with a lease extension for me and more recently, my sale and purchase.

They kept me updated throughout the process and were always there when I needed them. Even if it was just to rant about the chain above!

You really do pay for what you get and with these guys, its a professional and very friendly service that makes moving home as easy as it should be.

Having used a "Cheap and cheerful" conveyancer when buying the property I have just sold and having an absolute nightmare with them (Lack of contact, losing paperwork etc) I would honestly recommend Palmers to anyone!

Had the pleasure of working with Palmers Solicitors and Nicola Tubbs in particular this year to purchase my first property. She was brilliant from start to finish, always offering me guidance and support as a first time buyer and going above and beyond to ensure I was confident in the whole conveyancing process.
My purchase faced some complications and Nicola was able to manage this with the sellers solicitors and ensure my best interests were maintained throughout. I would wholeheartedly recommend her and Palmers to family and friends. She has a brilliant manner and all the required expertise!

Nicola Tubbs and Palmers are fantastic. We opted for palmers as they were competitively priced for our first time buy and we saw some good reviews online and a recommendation on a FB page, we were not let down. Nicola assisted us throughout the full process with negotiations, docs and more making the stressful process less stressful than it could of been with thanks to her timely and thorough responses. We couldn’t of asked for for more!
