I had a rather disappointing experience with Brown Solicitors recently. I initially approached them for legal assistance regarding a will and estate Unfortunately after a 1.3 hours drive to attend an appointment , my experience took an unexpected turn when it was suggested to drop the complaint against another solicitors as a condition for their assistance.

I believe that as a client, I should have the right to pursue my concerns and seek legal counsel without feeling pressured to abandon my complaint. It was disheartening to encounter such a stance, which felt like a conflict of interest. as the complain wasn't actually against browns.

While I can't speak to their legal expertise, this experience left me questioning the firm's commitment to their clients' interests and the principles of ethical legal representation.

I understand that not all cases are straightforward, and legal professionals have their own perspective, but I expected a more client-centered approach. As a result, I chose to seek assistance elsewhere, where my concerns were addressed without any conditions.

I hope that Browns Solicitors will reconsider their approach to handling such cases in the future, as it left me with a less than favourable impression of their services.
