Throughout our whole property purchase JNP were always extremely professional, polite and approachable.
This goes in particular for Genette and Claire who were very helpful throughout the entire process, and always made time for any queries that me and my partner might have had.

Conveyancing
The Conveyancing Team at JNP helped me at a difficult time, when I needed to sell my late brother's house. Claire Gwilt the Paralegal was particularly helpful throughout the whole process, which initiated as a 'normal' sale and then progressed to a sale by auction. Although my dealings with Genette Jones were few, she was very helpful when we did communicate. I have dealt with JNP in the past ( re: drawing up of wills) and would recommend the company.

Best solicitor in Cardiff
Genette is without a doubt in my opinion the best solicitor in Cardiff. I would never use any other. Efficient, keeps you updated throughout the entire process. Very detailed and stress free . I could not recommended her enough .

Great service
I’ve always used JNP legal for the sale of all my properties. First class service great at keeping you updated, never had any issues whatsoever . A lovely young lady called Liberty was amazing and Genette Jones conducted the sales smoothly and quickly she also kept me updated every step of the way. Would recommend to anyone
