We have used Watermans to sell both our properties and to buy our new home together. Buy to Let Purchase
I employed Watermans to help with the conveyancing services of my first buy-to-let property purchase. Evie and Shawn provided an excellent service the whole way through the process, keeping me up to date on progress and explaining in detail wherever I had questions. I was very pleased that I had chosen Watermans to act as my solicitor and would certainly recommend them. Watermans offer a rare combination of a first class, seamless service with friendly and approachable staff.

Excellent support for a first time buyer
As a first time buyer I had little knowledge on the process involved and immediately I got the support I needed from my very first email to Watermans. It was very reassuring to know Evie was working so hard to ensure I was kept up to date at every stage, she clearly explained things along the way via phone calls or emails. I always felt that I was a top priority and if I had any questions, no matter how big or small they were answered promptly. Evie was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend Watermans to anyone especially nervous first time buyers like myself!

Wonderful Watermans
I could not recommend Donna and all the team at Watermans highly enough. Having dealt with other estate agents previously, I can truly say they are a cut above the rest.
The presentation of the property, the photographs and the blurb were all presented immaculately and showed the property at its very best.
The team are always willing to go out their way to do anything for you. From advice, to carrying out viewings… and tidying away bits when you forget you have a viewing!
Lindsey on the sales team is a joy to speak to. Donna, Lindsey and Tzana are a true asset to the firm.
Aaron and Evie on the legal side have been great too and always on hand with quick updates and answers to ensure a seamless sale.
