Sarah was perfect from beginning till the end

I had never had dealings with a solicitor before and had some initial apprehension.

Sarah put my mind at ease from the beginning to end. She was professional yet friendly, put my mind at ease and kept me in the loop with everything without using technical jargon. She laid things out in layman's terms and I didn't feel overwhelmed.

She is a real credit to the company and incredibly competent.

Honestly couldn't have asked for much more from Watermans and Rebecca in particular. She was able to give us solid advice, guided us as first time buyers through the whole process, and allowed us to spend our mental energies only on what we specifically needed to do.

We instructed Waterman Solicitors after we were involved in a not at fault accident, but had been marked as at fault, thus putting my insurance premium up 70%.
