We had an absolute mortgage nightmare but thanks to Jessika and her colleague Hannah, we managed to overcome multiple major setbacks and a delay in completion very smoothly. I’ve been really happy with the service I received. Morgan was so friendly, approachable and helpful throughout the whole process, and always made time to answer any questions I had. We had a good experience purchasing our home. During the offer stage the person who was handling our case was quite slow in responding, requests had to be chased up a lot, and left me out of emails (and only addressed them to my male partner) which was quite annoying, but once Caron took over it was really great, excellent and quick communication. Five stars for Caron.

Aaron supported us with the legal conveyancing of both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our forever home.
