Absolutely spot on from the initial valuation , through to the selling price and the advice on the peak time to sell. Took 6 months to sell but I was made aware I was putting it on the market at a slower time , they told me the best time and within weeks of that had several viewings and a sale I didn’t have to do much at all Daren set everything up for me initially then the office introduced themselves, lovely bunch of girls ,I spoke to a few in the first instance but predominantly dealt with Eve who was always quick to respond to correspondence and reassure me when I had any questions ,always offered feedback and advice in a bubbly and friendly manner ,even after the offer was received and with the lawyers I was told to contact them any time about anything Good effort team Watermans !
