Rebecca came in to the process late as we were not happy with our previous solicitor. She got up to speed very quickly and dealt with all of our transactions impeccably, remaining responsive throughout and very patient with all of our questions. No question that I highly recommend Rebecca, and Watermans to everyone.

We’ve just moved into our first property together. So glad we chose Watermans as our solicitors, especially following a negative experience with a rival firm; the difference between the two was stark. We needed a friendly expert we could trust to hold our hands through a complicated and intimidating process, and Rebecca not only gave us exactly that but did so without being patronising or pushy. Honestly couldn't have asked for much more from Watermans and Rebecca in particular. She was able to give us solid advice, guided us as first time buyers through the whole process, and allowed us to spend our mental energies only on what we specifically needed to do.
If we decided to move house again in the future (hopefully not for a good while), Watermans would be top of the list of who we would contact.

Professional and Positive
We sold our flat through Watermans and the whole experience was very positive. The team were great to deal with, really felt that they had our best interests at heart throughout the process. Communication was good, and the advice we received was sound. It was easy to discuss potential approaches that we could take on our sale. On the couple of occasions when we needed a swift response it was forthcoming. Will recommend.

Excellent service throughout
Sarah helped me set up a Minute of Agreement in relation to purchasing my first property (I used Rebecca at Watermans for the conveyancing). Excellent
We were very happy with Rebecca as our solicitor for our recent property sale and purchase.
Rebecca kept us informed every step of the way. We were never in doubt she had everything under control and (despite horror stories we’d heard from friends, and past experiences with other solicitors) we never had to chase any information. All communication (regarding legal stuff) was directly with Rebecca, not funneled through anyone else.
Rebecca even kindly dealt with my naïve questions with patience!
Everything went smoothly and it definitely helped alleviate a lot of the stress of buying and selling in a very hectic market.

Amazing service
I recently bought a house (as a first time buyer) and Rebecca was my solicitor for the conveyancing.
Rebecca is professional, knowledgeable and provides a 5 star service. She continually kept me in the loop with how the purchase was proceeding which I was extremely grateful for. She answered all of my questions promptly and explained things concisely and clearly.
I would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone requiring conveyancing services especially if you want to take the stress out of an extremely stressful process.
Rebecca is a great asset to Watermans and they are very lucky to have her.
