Excellent experience with Waterman’s

Liam made the whole process of selling our property easy and stress-free. From the first meeting we had with him he made us feel comfortable and explained everything we needed to know in a clear and supportive way. Liam is very knowledgeable and handled everything with respect and professionalism, we also felt that he always had our best interest at heart which was really important to us. We really appreciated Liam’s enthusiasm and it is very clear how passionate he is about his job and delivering a top class service. I would 100% recommend Liam if you are thinking of selling your property!

Outstanding From Start to Finish and Beyond

I could not have asked for more from a solicitor. I have used a number of property lawyers/solicitors over the last 20 years across the UK and these guys were miles above the rest.

I could write an essay on what was impressive but from the beginning Darren's Communication was first class. He made things very clear, responded almost instantly (not sure when he sleeps to be honest) and engaged myself with the team seamlessly.

There were a few complications from the other side of my property sale and the advice I received from Watermans was very reassuring. From the beginning of the process it was great. The adverts were ultra professional, I got real time updates on viewings, they supported the tenant who was in the property and communicated with my letting company too.

Fees were not the cheapest on the market but honestly there is good reason for that. Value for money is what is important and Watermans were fantastic value. For me their pricing was spot on not too expensive but First Class Service.

I will be recommending Watermans to anyone buying of selling a house in Scotland. Thank you team, it has been an absolute pleasure.

Best estate agency service I have received.

I have had the pleasure of working with Liam on a number of property sales recently. A couple of the properties were to say the least. . . challenging ! Another could not have been more straight forward.
One property was ready for marketing within a few days of instruction. Went live to market on the Thursday, so many views booked that Liam did an open house over the weekend and an offer, which was 30% over the home report value was received at the start of the week. Phenomenal !

No matter the situation, the level of professionalism, customer service as well as Liam's infectious enthusiasm were exceptional. If you want to sell your property with the minimum of hassle, stress etc. I would highly recommend you get in touch with Liam.

Great Law Firm, would 100% use again.

Initially, Beth Speakman was dealing with my case but Heather Tierney after she went on Maternity Leave. The handover was very smooth and Ms Tierney called me to ensure she had all the information. Both Lawyers were so helpful, I’ve never sued anyone before and they were very clear in explaining every step of the process to and answering all my questions. They were honest about any concerns throughout so that I would know what to expect. They organised necessary appointments for me, thoroughly explaining the why they needed to happen; it was very easy for me as there was very little admin needed on my part. They were also very understanding about and accommodating of my busy lifestyle. When it came to settling my claim, Ms. Tierney composed an excellent case and negotiated a fair amount. I think the 20% success fee is very fairly priced for the amount of effort that they have put into my case. I’m very pleased with my experience.

Overall would recommend but definitely room for improvement.

Solicitor handling my case was polite and a pleasure to talk to. She was quick to answer phone calls or return them, however was hard to get a response from via email.

She gave fantastic advice and evaluations on home reports, and when we ran into some troubles at the offer stages she was quick to act and rectify the situation.

Completion day was slower than expected, as she awaited on the sellers side email response instead of calling.

Would recommend overall as the overall experience was fluid and bumps were smoothed over relatively quickly and reasonably.
