We instructed Waterman Solicitors after we were involved in a not at fault accident, but had been marked as at fault, thus putting my insurance premium up 70%.
Heather was very professional and managed to get the decision overturned and a good settlement .

Great Law Firm, would 100% use again.
Initially, Beth Speakman was dealing with my case but Heather Tierney after she went on Maternity Leave. The handover was very smooth and Ms Tierney called me to ensure she had all the information. Both Lawyers were so helpful, I’ve never sued anyone before and they were very clear in explaining every step of the process to and answering all my questions. They were honest about any concerns throughout so that I would know what to expect. They organised necessary appointments for me, thoroughly explaining the why they needed to happen; it was very easy for me as there was very little admin needed on my part. They were also very understanding about and accommodating of my busy lifestyle. When it came to settling my claim, Ms. Tierney composed an excellent case and negotiated a fair amount. I think the 20% success fee is very fairly priced for the amount of effort that they have put into my case. I’m very pleased with my experience.

Fantastic engagement and attention to detail
Working with Heather was a pleasure in a very trying time. Throughout the process of my claim I was kept uptodate of all important information. Heather arranged help while the claim was ongoing and experts to talk with me to let me know what to expect from the process and potential outcomes. Heather was extremely professional and also compassionate, can't recommend highly enough!

Professional and prompt service
Was involved in a road accident and sustained whiplash injury. Heather was assigned to my case. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process and was awarded a payment that exceeded my expectation thanks to the hard work and professional manner in which my claim was dealt with. Injury Claim
I was rear-ended during a driving lesson and left with horrible whiplash for a long while. Heather Tierney was so lovely in reassuring me and helping me seek compensation for my back and neck injuries that impacted my work life for most of 2022 and 2023. She was kind, very clear on what was happening with my claim and would answer any and all of my questions to make sure I fully understood everything. Thank you so much Heather for all your help!

Personal injury claim

Car crash
