We instructed Waterman Solicitors after we were involved in a not at fault accident, but had been marked as at fault, thus putting my insurance premium up 70%.

Very professional service
Heather took over my case after my initial solicitor left the company. I wasn't overly impressed with the initial service of Watermans and was nervous to hear my case had been transferred over to someone else.
Heather reached out to introduce herself and almost instantly put me at ease. She was very reassured and professional during our conversations. She listened to my concerns and assured me that she was on the case.
She stayed in touch regularly and informed me of all updates and even when things were not moving along she let me know that she was still chasing it all up. She shared that she had experience of a case similar to my own and was knowledgeable in the steps required to reach a conclusion.
I couldn’t speak higher of her work and would recommend her to anyone looking for a personal injury solicitor.

Ms Tierney worked on my fathers case for a few years until its recent conclusion.
From our first meeting Ms Tierney was sympathetic to our case and always communicated with empathy and care.

I have had the privilege of having Waterman’s acting on m behalf for over 18 months or so? And during that time I have always been kept upto speed of chain of events that at times have dragged on and on for weeks/months at a time due to the 3rd party and not of Waterman’s. During the latter part of Waterman’s working on my claim from above mentioned 3rd party I was extremely fortunate enough to have Heather Tierney in my corner acting on my behalf and I have nothing but praise for her as how she went about it. She has been constantly keeping in touch with me regarding my situation with e-mails and phone calls and anytime she requested further information I was only happy to oblige her as I knew it would not be long till I was informed of next stage of my claim against the 3rd, Heather has shown to me that she was going to try and do her best to get me the best settlement she possibly could and that she did, I have nothing but praise for her diligent and the efforts she went to on my behalf, I was very lucky to have her and Waterman’s working on this case for me and I am delighted with the final settlement figure, thankyou once again Heather.
