Liam made the whole process of selling our property easy and stress-free. Best estate agency service I have received.
I have had the pleasure of working with Liam on a number of property sales recently. A couple of the properties were to say the least. . . challenging ! Another could not have been more straight forward.
One property was ready for marketing within a few days of instruction. Went live to market on the Thursday, so many views booked that Liam did an open house over the weekend and an offer, which was 30% over the home report value was received at the start of the week. Phenomenal !
No matter the situation, the level of professionalism, customer service as well as Liam's infectious enthusiasm were exceptional. If you want to sell your property with the minimum of hassle, stress etc. I would highly recommend you get in touch with Liam.

Excellent Estate Agency Service
Watermans subsequently accepted my proposed fee level and based, mainly, upon their online customer reviews, I subsequently met with Liam Kidd (from the Estate Agency side) to hear how Watermans would market my property and how they administer viewings etc.
I was extremely impressed with Liam’s knowledge, understanding, professionalism and enthusiasm around the proposed sale. On the basis of that meeting, I commissioned Watermans to commence the sale of one apartment.
I cannot speak highly enough of Liam, and his colleagues, within the agency side of Watermans. Following quick survey, photos, brochure compilation etc. it went on the market and a cash offer was received immediately on the opening day of viewing. Wonderful!

Liam Kidd
Liam has sold numerous houses for my company over the last 18 months, in that time I have to say I have been very impressed with his customer service, he always returns calls quickly his manner on the phone and in person is fantastic and positive.
I have recommended him to other people and would go as far to say that any properties we have to sell in Glasgow, the only person I would have selling them is Liam.
