With almost 40 years' experience in the industry, Darren has accumulated a wealth of experience, having started his career as a trainee at one of the largest and most successful corporate estate agencies in the south of England. Rapidly gaining promotion, at the age of twenty-one he was the company’s youngest ever Branch Manager, later becoming Area Partner. Having successfully created, developed, and sold his own independent agency business, Darren moved to Scotland, a country he visited often and loved so much that he decided to make it his home.     We used Watermans as our estate agent and solicitor. As solicitor, they handled our sale of a property with professionalism in a friendly and speedy manner. They liaised effectively with the buyer's solicito, all matters were dealt with and the sale was completed on time. I am happy to recommend them. As estate agent (Darren), my initial training was as an estate agent and I recognised their professional and proactive approach. We were pleased that they quickly secured a buyer at a price that met our expectations before it went to market. They produced high quality advertising materials which met current standards and made the most of the house. I have no hesitation in recommending them if you have a property to sell.

    Unbeatable!

    I have come across a few estate agents in my 78 years on this planet of ours but never one as professional and fired up as Darren Lee. He oozes natural enthusiasm and his many years of hands on experience come across from your very first phone call or meeting. Our whole experience from the day we placed our house sale in his very capable hands was faultless and our house was sold for a stunning price before we had time to catch our breath. In fact it never actually made it to their website which in some ways was a great shame because the carefully crafted presentation and photography couldn’t be bettered and deserved a much wider audience. Don’t bother to look anywhere else for your house sale. You won’t regret it.

    My wife and I were recommended JT Law Solicitors by Darren Lee of Watermans Estate Agents for conveyacing purposes and can say that the service we received was second to none. I have always been suspicious of the service that can be given, or not from large solicitors firms who seem to make it difficult to make contact with an individual so when I spoke with Julie Terrey and discovered that her company was in her own world as 'teeny' we were reassured that the service we would receve would be personal with good communication. We were not disappointed. Julie and her colleague Sarah Harris were clear in what they proposed to do and efficient in executing tasks. Communication was excellent at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
