Outstanding From Start to Finish and Beyond
I could not have asked for more from a solicitor. I have used a number of property lawyers/solicitors over the last 20 years across the UK and these guys were miles above the rest.
I could write an essay on what was impressive but from the beginning Darren's Communication was first class. He made things very clear, responded almost instantly (not sure when he sleeps to be honest) and engaged myself with the team seamlessly.
There were a few complications from the other side of my property sale and the advice I received from Watermans was very reassuring. From the beginning of the process it was great. The adverts were ultra professional, I got real time updates on viewings, they supported the tenant who was in the property and communicated with my letting company too.
Fees were not the cheapest on the market but honestly there is good reason for that. Value for money is what is important and Watermans were fantastic value. For me their pricing was spot on not too expensive but First Class Service.
I will be recommending Watermans to anyone buying of selling a house in Scotland. Thank you team, it has been an absolute pleasure.

Excellent!
Definitely one of the most stressful things you’ll ever do. But Darren and his team did everything they could to help us every step of the way. Evie is amazing and her patience and attention to detail is priceless

House Sale

Approachable and professional
Darren has been exceptional from the moment we made contact with him. He handled everything with dignity, always offering to be helpful and with integrity, always being upfront and transparent. Qualities not often seen in estate agents.
On top of it all he managed sell our house above the asking price!

House sale
Our experience was excellent. We were unsure of whether we wanted to sell our cottage at the start as we were very attached to it. However, the advice and help we got from Tim, Darren, Alastair and all the team was reassuring, helpful, practical and right. From the first contact to the handover of the keys all the team went above and beyond what would be expected to give prompt advice and action at any time. We only used the estate agency service as we had our own lawyer.

Extremely Proactive!
Very professional and extremely proactive in finding me a new Home.
Not an easy task as me and partner have very different ideas of an ideal house! Darren kept us in the loop and was easily contactable at all hours ! Which was much appreciated !
