Solicitor and Estate Agent Review
We used Watermans as our estate agent and solicitor. As solicitor, they handled our sale of a property with professionalism in a friendly and speedy manner. They liaised effectively with the buyer's solicito, all matters were dealt with and the sale was completed on time. I am happy to recommend them. As estate agent (Darren), my initial training was as an estate agent and I recognised their professional and proactive approach. We were pleased that they quickly secured a buyer at a price that met our expectations before it went to market. They produced high quality advertising materials which met current standards and made the most of the house. I have no hesitation in recommending them if you have a property to sell.
