Daniel worked as a trainee for a civil engineering firm in his late teens, and found the most interesting part of the job to be attending site visits for residential properties and having the opportunity to speak to homeowners. On finishing his Civil Engineering degree in Edinburgh, Daniel joined the estate agency team at Watermans before beginning his role as a Purchase Negotiator in July 2025. "My favourite part of the role so far is being able to communicate with and get to know clients. Being able to feel like you are helping someone and trying every avenue to assist them is an important aspect for me when it comes to work."

    Great experience so far!

    I originally started this journey with Daniel, however, purely due to Daniel being on leave for a week, I've had the pleasure of working with Morgan since. Both have been nothing short of professional since the very beginning. Being quick to respond to all emails and very attentive, it's made the process feel seamless. All queries have been responded to in a very clear manner, leaving nothing unanswered, and all conversation has been very personable.     Daniel provided incredible assistance to me while looking for my first home. He was patient, kind and informative during my first steps getting on the property ladder.
