First Time Buyer - 10/10 Experience
I wasn’t originally planning to start looking at properties just yet, as I had hoped to save a bit longer. However, something came up unexpectedly, and I needed to arrange a solicitor quickly to submit an offer, as the closing date was the following day. I decided to contact Watermans, where Lynsey answered my call. I explained my situation and that, as a first-time buyer, I had very limited experience (this was actually the first flat I had viewed). Lynsey was incredibly helpful, she clearly explained the process and ensured I understood each step. Although my initial offer was unsuccessful, another property soon became available and I submitted a second offer. Once again, Lynsey was extremely supportive, keeping me fully updated through both phone calls and emails. When my offer was accepted, Lynsey continued to provide excellent communication and guidance, talking me through each stage of the process that followed. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Overall, Lynsey made my first time buying experience much easier, and I’m very grateful for her support.
