Alongside this, from the age of 18 Graeme has bought and sold property in Edinburgh, and on leaving the Civil Service focused on property development in Edinburgh. Graeme continued his property career as a valuer before joining Watermans in 2024, noting that Watermans client-focused approach was a key factor in his move to the company. "I love my job and that all began after falling in love with properties whilst visiting houses with my father who was a Joiner in Marchmont. For me, its all about the people and helping clients sell then purchase their new property. For us here at Watermans its providing that one-to-one service through the whole client journey that is important and truly satisfying."
