Rachel Stewart & Shawn Wood were excellent in dealing with some conveyancing work on my behalf.

Professional and supportive
I can highly recommend Watermans to support you through the purchasing of a property. Excellent experience
Shawn was very helpful and coped well with me living in Germany. Minor technical difficulties (I don't have a computer, only a iPad.) were overcome with his help. His emails were unfailingly polite and helpful and he always responded quickly to mine. Having had an unfortunate experience with two other solicitors over the years, I was totally reassured by Shawn from the start. He also has good back-up min the firm. Despite the signed disposition taking three weeks to arrive from Germany, I received payment for my flat only two days later.
I can unreservedly recommend Shawn to anyone looking for a good solicitor.

A breath of fresh air
I contacted Shawn to do the conveyancing on the purchase of my first home. Excellent Solicitors
We have just sold our flat and used Shawn Wood to do the conveyancing. From the outset he has been very professional, providing sound advice and a cheerful friendly approach throughout what turned out to be a sometimes difficult and protracted process.
