Communication and timescales were excellent and I would not hesitate to look further than Watermans for any legal advice.
Will most definitely use again in the future.

Property Purchase & Sale
This is the 2nd time I have used Rachel at Watermans, again she has provided a brilliant service from start to finish with the sale of my property and purchase of my new home. I would happily use Rachel again she was efficient, fast at responding to any query’s with correct guidance and kept well up to date with the progress. 5 stars thanks a lot Rachel!

Excellent service from estate agents and solicitor
Excellent service from initial viewing of the property to completion and moving in. Professional and friendly . Nothing was too much trouble from this team. Prompt response to all inquiries .I definitely recommend Watermans

Smooth From Beginning to End
Rachel assisted me through a first time home purchase, and made the experience completely stress free. She was friendly and approachable and was always happy to answer any of my questions. She was always quick to respond and kept me in the loop throughout the entire journey. I never for a moment felt anything was being dealt with poorly or could have been better. I felt as if I was in safe, knowledgeable hands. I would highly recommend.

Highly Impressed
I used Watermans to assist with a purchase of a property. They were very professional and proactive throughout the process. Working in the corporate world I have had mixed experiences with professional firms but with Watermans they exceeded my expectations. They were very conscientious and you could tell that they have the client interests at heart. Rachel was a pleasure to work with and will use them in the future if I have the opportunity.

Watermans handling property sale
Good solid performance by Watermans, in terms of both estate agency - demonstrating a particular familiarity with the local area and relevant issues - and legal conveyancing. The sale was completed on time, delivering satisfaction to both buyer and seller .... can't ask for more than that!
Tzana Webster handled the estate agency, with Rachel Stewart (noted below) looking after the conveyancing.
