Purchasing my first home
Alex helped me with the purchasing of my first home. I was really worried it was going to be a stressful experience but it wasn’t even remotely. The whole process was quick and easy and Alex helped me was always so friendly and professional.

Fantastic Service

Excellent service - smooth process selling and buying

Amazing people and service
Our paralegal, Alex, helped us with the princess of our first home purchase and she was amazing. Her and her team were always on hand and made sure we u understood all details fully and properly. Could not recommend Watermans enough and if you’re lucky enough to have Alex you will be very lucky :)!

Real pleasure
We bought our first property, and Alex made this experience really positive and relatively stress-free. She guided us through the entire process and added Her opinions and advices along the way making the purchase quick and without any problems or delays. As a foreigners we had a lot of question about Scottish law and She answered patiently and extensively all of them.

Superb support from the get-go
Watermans answered my SOS at short notice and, from the very beginning, was attentive, clear and responsive. It handled my case efficiently, quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
I'm a returning Brit, after having lived as an expat for 30 years. As such I needed a solicitor with good prior experience with international cases. Watermans' intervention was calm, capable and reassuring. Its approach and communication removed the anxiety that can surround the house purchasing process.
