I was generally satisfied with the service from this company and ,in particular, Molly, the claim handler.
My only gripe was that I was recommended to accept an offer which I felt was too low considering my experience.
After refusing this offer a slightly increased offer was made and I accepted this.
I really appreciate the assistance I was given.

Even through a pandemic, Molly was fantastic and kept on top of my case, keeping me fully informed at every stage. While it wasn’t good fortune that resulted in me using their services, Molly and Watermans made the process so easy and hassle free.
