Johnny handled my personal injury claim , I didn’t have to do much at all. He kept me well informed with what was going on and if they needed anything from me. Put my mind at ease with some of the factors involved and was very friendly yet professional.

Watermans handled a personal injury and car loss claim following a road traffic accident.They did so superbly. They were extremely efficient and professional in their communications and excelled in negotiating a settlement which was far beyond our expectations . This work was primarily done by Johnny Richardson, whom i cannot speak highly enough of. There were some issues in the case that Johnny handled with patience and skill .He was instrumental in achieving a settlement which, as stated, exceeded our highest expectations .
This was my first experience of this firm and i can easily see why they are so highly rated and successful.

Very thankful to Johnny from Watermans for his patience and professionalism with a personal injury claim he was dealing with on my behalf following a RTA. The whole process was stress free, which was fantastic due to other family circumstances at the time of the accident. Would highly recommend both Waterman’s and Johnny to family and friends.
