Sam worked in a claim handlers’ role for almost 4 years handling claims as both the pursuer and defender before starting his role with Watermans.     Resolving a Car Accident claim.

    After more than two months of failing to resolve my claim over a minor accident, my insurance company passed my file on to Mr Donaldson. While this was a minor claim, due to the length of time for which it was unresolved, I had my concerns and anxieties. Mr Donaldson recognised this immediately and he did his best to alleviate my worries without offering unwarranted guarantees. He kept me informed timeously of any progress and did not display a hint of arrogance when dealing with me. Most importantly, anything that he said he would do, he done. If asked by a friend or family, I would not hesitate in recommending Mr Donaldson.

    The service received was excellent, especially when much of the process was carried out over Covid lockdown periods. The claims handler, Sam Donaldson was very good, keeping me up to date with the claim through regular contact and who ensured that I received a good response to the claim.
