I found the service to be excellent. I was talked through the whole process in a kindly and supportive manner. Sam understood that I had no experience of these circumstances and never made me feel stupid.
My physical therapy was arranged and all I had to do was turn up. I was kept in the loop throughout the claim and Sam exceeded my expectations with the final outcome.
Brilliant.
