I began working at Morecrofts in August 2022 in our Property department following my previous experience in conveyancing. I studied at the University of Liverpool where I graduated in 2022 with a 2:1 Law degree. I am now completing my Legal Practice Course and Master of Law, returning to the University of Law in Liverpool.

Alison and Antonia handled my final staircasing purchase in June 2023, and they were fantastic. It was a particularly difficult and complex case that required a lot of diligence, and they handled everything efficiently and methodically. We had a tight deadline, but they continually kept the ball rolling and ensured that we completed on time – because of their hard work, we actually completed earlier than expected! I would absolutely recommend Alison and Antonia. There were a pleasure to work with, and I will certainly be returning to them for any future conveyancing needs.

Perfect conveyancing service by Alison Williams Prescot Office
I would go out of my way to recommend Alison Williams, senior associate solicitor at the Morecrofts Prescot branch, to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor. Alison organised our house purchase in 2018 and then our house sale in June 2023. I cannot praise her highly enough. Her response time to any contact from us was impressively efficient. She gave clear, practical, sensible advice to the various issues that came up during the purchase and sale. I have no doubt that she was the driving force behind the sales completing. I had complete trust in her during the process each time. She was professional and very pleasant during our conversations. I do not think I could have had a better legal service from Alison. I would also like to mention her team including Alice Moore who was very proactive in progressing the initial steps with the estate agent. Antonia Shelley was also helpful during the times that we contacted the office for our house sale.
