Morecrofts LLP

This was my first time needing legal assistance, and I went into proceedings feeling extremely anxious. Both Adam and Kathy made me feel so at ease. They listened intently and gave me so much comfort when it was needed. They explained the process thoroughly and have been available every step of the way. I felt comfortable with them from the start which made the process easier. I felt able to voice my feelings and concerns in a safe space without judgment which made all the difference to my case. They were both empathetic, professional people and I would highly recommend both of them to new clients in the future.

As someone with very limited knowledge of how to navigate a legal matter, I am so glad I came across Morecrofts and had the opportunity to work with Mr Dawson. From the very beginning, I felt heard and understood during what was a very tumultuous time. Mr Dawson was incredibly professional, while always taking the time to explain things clearly and make sure I understood the process. I felt that I was in very safe and capable hands throughout, and I would absolutely recommend Morecrofts and their services — in fact, I already have!

Thank you so much to Alison Love & Joanne for all their help in a rather unusual/complex property sale situation at the prescot office. From the beginning communication was brilliant and they were always available with my (million) questions to answer either over the phone and email as I had never dealt with this before following a bereavement. With a hold up on the other side of nearly 6 months 🙈 Alison had everything ready when the time came and then all finalised on the same day! Thank you again I wouldn’t hesitate to use your services in the future!

Alison Love provided us with an excellent professional and friendly service. She has not forgotten that in this digital age, conveyancing is still very much a people business and was a calm presence during a stressful time.
