I’m an Associate Legal Executive specialising in all areas of private family law, including but not limited to divorce, financial resolution, child arrangements and cohabitation issues. I joined Morecrofts in April 2022 and am based in the Prescot and Woolton offices, and am also regularly instructed by clients from all surrounding areas in South Liverpool, Knowsley and Halton. I am also more than happy to meet with clients at any of our offices if required. I also offer telephone or video appointments if more convenient for you. I am passionate about family law and feel that it is important that when a client is experiencing one of the most difficult times in their life, that they are listened to, supported and given the correct legal advice to try to make a stressful time as easy as possible. I have an approachable and pragmatic approach and am regularly commended by clients for being straightforward and clear in my advice.

Safe hands.
My experience of Morecrofts, and of being represented by Liz was a positive one. From our initial meeting, through to the matters conclusion, I felt that I was listened to, understood and was in safe hands both in and out of court.

Honestly amazing, highly recommend!
Liz was absolutely amazing all the way through, start to finish. Not only did she go above and beyond in the duties you would associate with her job. She also took the time to offer support and guidance through the tough spots. She genuinely made the whole process easier.

Liz potter helped me divorce a dangerous man who mentally harmed me and physically harm my son she kept my information safe from him and made me feel safe to divorce him couldn’t ask for a better solicitor
