I’m an Associate Legal Executive Litigator specialising in all areas of private family law, including but not limited to divorce, financial resolution, child arrangements and cohabitation issues. I also hold Specialist Accreditation with Resolution in relation to complex matrimonial financial remedy and private children matters. I joined Morecrofts in April 2022 and am based in the Prescot and Woolton offices, and am also regularly instructed by clients from all surrounding areas in South Liverpool, Knowsley and Halton. I am also more than happy to meet with clients at any of our offices if required, or hold appointments via telephone or Microsoft Teams. I also offer telephone or video appointments if more convenient for you. I am passionate about family law and feel that it is important that when a client is experiencing one of the most difficult times in their life, that they are listened to, supported and given the correct legal advice to try to make a stressful time as easy as possible. I have an approachable and pragmatic approach and am regularly commended by clients for being straightforward and clear in my advice.

    Grandparents live with

    I went to Liz to get advice about my grandson wanting to come live with me, Liz & her team explained everything about what would or could happen, Liz was very professional from start to finish & also very understanding of our circumstances, my grandson now has a permanent live with order which means he will be able to live with me until he’s 18, thanks to Liz & her team xx

    Transparent, professional and friendly service.
