I eventually got around to arranging my Will, put off for so long by the envisaged complexity.
However, after speaking and corresponding with Charlotte, and meeting Rob, everything was explained in a straightforward manner with excellent advice where I had questions.

Derek helped me with my Personal Guarantee documents as a company director, and I cannot be more glad to work with him.
Derek is professional, communicative, efficient - things mostly lacking in the solictors I dealt with previously. And not only that, his friendly and humorous demeanor was a breath of fresh air. Made me less nervous about the whoe process, while still dishing out good advice on what to look out for and what I should be keeping in mind.
I cannot recommend Derek more to anyone seeking solid leagal advice in commercial dealings.

What can I say , currently have morecrofts as my legal team on a very complex case , and am probably not the easiest client, however , iam notified of anything I need to know from start to finish , staff are amazing at doing what they do , highly recommended and I'd say if you are looking around for a legal team for what ever reason just give them a call and you be amazed too
