As I imagined - making a will is a very personal and emotional process. Knowing that they were working together to ensure my wishes were properly reflected in my will gave me enormous reassurance and demonstrated just how much they genuinely care about achieving the right outcome for their clients. Throughout the entire process, Rob kept me informed, supported and reassured. It is difficult to put into words just how grateful I am for his help, patience and professionalism. This is now the second time I have used Moorcroft's for significant legal matters, and once again they have exceeded my expectations. I can’t thank Heather and the team that has been on my case. From start to finish they were compassionate, understanding and explained everything that was going to happen. They explained all the fancy legal words that I didn’t understand and questions I thought where silly at the time got answered. I left feeling reassured and confident after either their office or court each time. They were all professional but made court easier by talking and making me feel relaxed when things got hard. They checked in when things where quiet (between court dates) to see how I was doing and just giving me updates even if they where small. Would Highly recommend this firm to anyone who needs it.
