I have used Moorcrofts before and found them excellent, Carly was very helpful with my cases and still is with an ongoing one, but unfortunately while she was on maternity leave I did not find this the case. Whoever was looking after case at the time I feel gave me a very poor service. I was asked to put a complaint in but never did. Otherwise happy with the outcome for my brother and happy with service form Carly.
