I have worked with both Alison & Derek 6 times now and will be using them for the foreseeable future, their knowledge and professionalism are key. I have built a good relationship with both Derek and Alison and would recommend them and Morecrofts to anyone.
We have had Alison work on three property transactions, our most recent was a particularly complex purchase involving an unusual leasehold structure, Alison handled it with a high level of professionalism, diligence and care throughout. Alison was thorough in identifying and explaining the legal issues, especially where these had implications for our lender and long-term security. The process was challenging, but we are so grateful for the level of scrutiny applied as it gave us confidence that we fully understood the risks and were making an informed decision. Communication was clear and consistent, and we always felt that our interests were being properly protected. Alison remained patient and supportive during what became a lengthy and sometimes stressful transaction, working constructively to help move things forward.
