I can highly recommend Alison Love at Moorecrofts Solicitors. She dealt with our house sale & it was very slick from start to finish. Alison & her team kept in touch on a regular basis with progress reports.They were very quick in replying to queries from the buyer’s solicitors and sending all information by email as well as phoning us. The whole process was completed in less than 4 months. Very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of conveyancing. A stress free process for us too which I am very grateful for!

Thank you so much to Alison Love & Joanne for all their help in a rather unusual/complex property sale situation at the prescot office. From the beginning communication was brilliant and they were always available with my (million) questions to answer either over the phone and email as I had never dealt with this before following a bereavement. With a hold up on the other side of nearly 6 months 🙈 Alison had everything ready when the time came and then all finalised on the same day!
